Durham, North Carolina. The event is being sponsored by NAMI Durham, The Partnership for a Healthy Durham, The Durham Center, and Duke University Health Center. The film has been nominated for the SAMSHA 2009 Voice Award which recognizes writers and producers who have given voice to people with mental illness. Philip has also won the 2009 Reintegration Award from Eli Lily for this film. To learn more about Philip Brubaker’s work visit his website at philipbrubaker.com.
